Ramble Wales - March (Grief Retreat)

£595.00

A griefy special. A retreat for grief, loss and everything that comes with it. We’ll explore creative psychotherapy as a way of making sense of experiences that can be difficult to put into words. Through writing, art, movement, metaphor, story and playful exercises, we’ll find different ways to express, explore and process grief — without needing to have the ‘right’ words for it.

We’ll also explore the idea of continuing bonds: the understanding that grieving isn’t necessarily about letting go of the person we’ve lost. Sometimes it’s about finding new ways of staying connected to them. The relationship might change, but it doesn’t have to disappear.

A memory. A ritual. A song. A place. Something they taught you. Something you still want to tell them. A way of carrying a little bit of them into the life you’re continuing to live.

This is an early bird ticket for our Ramble retreat in Wales (Snowdonia). Led by a Royal Marine Commando and a Creative Psychotherapist — Ramble Retreats offer an opportunity for you to work on your mental health. One step at a time.

Price includes breakfast and dinner, accomodation for two nights and x3 retreat days. One being a mountain walk up Yr Wyddfa.

Please note: we're staying in a bothy, so accommodation will be basic. Please don't book this if you want a luxurious wellness retreat. Spaces are limited to 10 people. FAQs are to follow, and full assessment forms and further details will be sent out prior to the retreat.
