I design and deliver workshops that are modern, motivating and measurable in their impact.
Everything’s built around four pillars: Emotional Agility, Self-Knowledge, Healthy Relationships and Flexibility — the building blocks of good mental health at work.
Themes
Emotional Agility → there is no getting away from life’s shite. But we can get better at managing how we feel in response to it.
Self-Knowledge → space to get honest with yourself, tackle imposter syndrome and rethink what proper self-care actually means.
Healthy Relationships → practical ways to set boundaries, navigate conflict and strengthen trust across teams.
Flexibility → strategies to prevent burnout, cope with change and stay emotionally buoyant when the pressure’s on.
For leaders
I also run mental health training sessions tailored for leaders (how to support teams without burning out yourself) and culture-wide topics like grief, navigating change, and creating workplaces fit for parents.
Workshops can be run as one-offs, a rolling programme, or a bespoke package depending on what your organisation needs. Sessions last 60–90 minutes and work best with groups of around 20 people (though I also do bigger talks for whole companies).
